Project |01 RELATIONSHIP MARKETING: A TESCO PLC. PERSPECTIVE
 

Research Problem: The present dissertation aims to identify the role of relationship marketing and loyalty programs through the ‘Tesco Club Card Facility’ by conducting survey analysis of Club Card customers and in-depth interview with the store managers of selected stores of Tesco in London. The present paper aims to understand the importance of customer loyalty and relationship marketing by uncovering the mindset of customers and employees at Tesco. In this dissertation, the main focus will move around the concept of relationship marketing and the strategies used by Tesco to retain its customers. The survey has used close ended questionnaires filled by the respondents of selected stores of Tesco and the questionnaires are based on the knowledge gained through literary reviews of various academic works previously done by other authors in this regard. The in-depth interview questions are mostly open-ended and have been used to get feedbacks from the store managers.

A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS IN TATA CONSULATNCY SERVICES

 

Research Problem: This current research paper aims to evaluate critically to find the answer of the question “Whether performance appraisal increase employee motivation or not”? This is of very much practical significance since the quantitative evaluation of the same will help the readers to understand the importance and contribution of performance appraisal in an organization. The research will consider the case of Tata Consultancy Services since this organization is quite well known for its performance appraisal measures within employees.
